Re: Is eBay Crusher A Scam?
Fellow Reseller,
I'll admit it. I've completed the transition from a
starry eyed entrepreneur believing every product sales letter I
read had the missing piece of information I needed to a jaded,
battled hardened veteran who doesn't believe a damn thing in a
saleletter anymore.
The more hype I see, the
more incredible the claims, the faster I run in the other
direction.
I've simply been burned too
many times by people just looking to make a quick buck, and I'm
done, I'm not gonna be that gullible patsy anymore.
(aside: did ya know that "gullible" isn't in the dictionary -
look it up)
So you can imagine what I
thought when I read this headline:
How An Internet Novice Stumbled
Upon ‘Secret Ebay Methods’
That
Rake In Thousands In Profits Per Month –
Without Selling A Single Thing…
Yeah - my B.S. alarm was on
full alert on this one.
Thoughts like:
"You think I was born
yesterday?"
"People actually give this
snake oil salesman money?"
Yeah, I want to believe
that's true. But I also want to believe that there really
is a pot of gold at the end of every rainbow, that money grows
on trees, and that I can get six pack abs while eating potato
chips and watching football all day on TV... but I know better.
If I hadn't been asked by a
good friend to take a look at it, that would have been the end
of it. However, I had committed myself to actually
checking this thing out so that's what I did.
Fortunately, there was some
sanity a little further down where it actually talked about some
of the major problems facing eBay sellers. For
example, you probably know as well as I do that finding products
that can actually be sold profitably on eBay can be a challenge.
Even good wholesale directories still only have a relatively
small number of profitable products that can be sold on eBay,
and importing can be lucrative but is frequently out of the
reach of small operators.
So if there was a way to
make money on eBay without actually having to find anything to
sell, well, let's just say I'd be happy as a a puppy with two
peters.
So I thought, what the
heck, if this thing sucks, I'll just get my money back (it comes
with a 60 day money back guarantee even though it's not
mentioned in the salesletter).
So I laid down the 77 clams
for the product and gave it a good look.
And what I found inside was
unlike any other eBay product I've seen before...
Much to my surprise, it
wasn't a scam.
Heck, it wasn't even
against eBay rules.
Now the salesletter says it
only takes 20 minutes to set up one of these systems, but I'm a
bit on the slow side and a bit of a perfectionist so it took me
longer, but all in all it was still pretty easy.
Even more shocking, this
silly little thing actually worked.
Unbelievable, yes, I know.
So with all that said, yes,
I do
recommend eBay Crusher as a rather unique and I'll admit
pretty cool way to bank some extra coin on eBay.
Recommending this product sure surprises the heck out of me
- I had a whole bunch of thing "my mother wouldn't approve of"
to say about this product but now I can't - it actually worked.
